This Website is provided solely to assist customers in gathering travel information, determining the availability of travel-related goods and services, making legitimate reservations or otherwise transacting business with travel suppliers, and for no other purposes.
When you make a purchase on the Site, you must agree to accept these Terms and Conditions.

1. Your contract.
A 'booking' means any order for products or services you make on our Site which is accepted by us. Acceptance will be made by Plan Journeys Pvt Ltd when we have received full payment from you and sent a confirmation email.
we strongly recommend that you travel with insurance for any holiday, especially as there may be circumstances where neither plan journeys nor the travel supplier can accept liability (eg delays or cancellations beyond our control).
Booking Conditions & Site Content/Information:
All bookings made on this Site are subject to the relevant supplier's/tour operator's booking conditions in addition to these Site conditions. Booking conditions contain limitations and exclusions of liability, and cancellation and amendment charges are payable if a booking is cancelled or amended after it has been confirmed.
No warranties, promises or representations of any kind, express or implied, are given as to the accuracy of any of the information on this Site or as to the nature, standard, suitability or otherwise of any services offered by us or on our behalf. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatever nature (direct, indirect, consequential or other) that may arise as a result, directly or indirectly, from the use of any of the information or material contained on this Site and/or the use of or access to any other information or material via web links from this Site, or any inability to access this Site. These exclusions of liability apply only to the extent permitted by law and, except for information or material accessed via other sites or supplied by an identified third party, where consistent with the applicable booking conditions. If any of these exclusions, in whole or in part, are found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any other reasons, that exclusion or part of the exclusion shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other exclusion(s) or part(s) of the exclusion(s) in question.
PLAN JOURNEYS PVT. LTD. may change any aspect of this Site or its content, including the availability of any suppliers, features, information, or other content, at any time without notice. The information and prices on this Site are not 'live' and are updated from time to time. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all information and prices but, regrettably, errors do occasionally occur. Where a price is obviously incorrect due to a system error, we shall not be bound by such price. The prices and any discounts shown on this Site are applicable to www.planjourneys.com only and may vary from the prices offered for the same holidays by PLAN JOURNEYS PVT. LTD. retail shops.
2. Payment
Deposit - No booking will be confirmed unless the required deposit has been received by the Company. Deposits are non-refundable. Fares and package costs are not guaranteed until full payment has been received.
All cheque payments require 7 days to clear. Until full payment has been received the price of your booking may increase as a result of fuel or other surcharges which may be imposed by suppliers. Please note we do not accept responsibility for cash sent by courier or post, even if sent by registered or recorded delivery post or any other special delivery. If you are travelling immediately (same day of booking or within three days of booking) and you do not meet the credit/debit card security measures, we may ask you to pay cash directly into our Bank Account. on Before payment is received in full, Plan Journeys Pvt. Ltd. or the Travel Supplier is not obliged to issue any tickets, confirmations, vouchers, or other travel documents. However, you shall in all cases remain liable for payment of the amounts agreed for the travel products and services ordered.
Payment can be made by all major debit and credit cards, cheque, bank transfer and in person at our office, as detailed on the Site. Plan Journeys Pvt Ltd reserves the right to charge you in addition for any handling fees we or the Travel Supplier incur in relation to bookings made by credit card. You will be notified of the relevant charges at the time of booking. Plan Journeys Pvt Ltd reserves the right to pass on any charges relating to card chargeback's or payment disputes. If your booking is being paid for with a third party credit card we require written authorization to be provided by the card-holder.
Plan Journeys Pvt Ltd reserves the right only to deliver e-tickets, confirmations, e-vouchers or other travel documents to your credit card billing address or e-mail address provided at time of booking when authorized to do so by the credit card issuer. All e-mail addresses used must be valid at the time of booking.
PASSPORTS, VISA AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS - You are responsible for checking all these items and ensuring your travel documents are in order.
3. Delivery of Your Booking
The following applies to all products or services booked via our Site:
E-tickets:
Please note that airlines have their own rules and regulations with regard to e-ticketing. Plan Journeys Pvt. Ltd. cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with these rules and regulations and strongly recommends that you check these details with your airline in advance of travel.
Ticket Delivery:
Plan Journeys Pvt Ltd rely on the information that you provide as being accurate and therefore cannot be held responsible if your tickets are not delivered due to incorrect address or your e-ticket does not arrive due to an incorrect email address or your junk email settings. You must notify us immediately if you change your email address or contact telephone number. In addition, please check that the name on your passport matches the name on your ticket and/or booking confirmation.
Please note that Plan Journeys Pvt Ltd does not deliver documents outside India. Also, if you have any special delivery requirements (such as flats with security gates) then you should advise us of this immediately after booking. It is your responsibility to advise us if you have not received your tickets or some other travel related document.
If you hold any other booking, either with Plan Journeys Pvt Ltd or another agent, then it is your responsibility to advise us that you need tickets from us by a certain time. Plan Journeys Pvt Ltd would recommend that you do this before completing the booking. This will help us decide if express delivery is required.
Please note that some airlines may apply a charge and follow a specific procedure for the re-issue of lost tickets or tickets delayed in the post.
4. Cancellations or Modifications by you to your Booking.
Air Ticket Cancellation:
Your ability to cancel or modify a booked travel product or service, and the method for doing so, will depend on the specific Airline's terms and conditions. It therefore may not be possible to cancel or modify some products or services or there may be specific requirements you will have to meet. You can possibly cancel or modify your booking by calling to Plan Journeys Pvt Ltd call center on +91 9971052001 or email to contact@planjourneys.com. Plan Journeys Pvt Ltd reserves the right to charge you an administration fee of 300 INR per person to cover the administration costs incurred by us these charges do not include any charges imposed directly by the Travel Supplier or hotel. Credit card fees, booking fees and any fees paid for delivery of paper tickets are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Hotel and Package Cancellation
Your ability to cancel or modify a booked travel product or service, and the method for doing so, will depend on the specific Suppliers terms and conditions. It therefore may not be possible to cancel or modify some products or services or there may be specific requirements you will have to meet. 5. Passport, Visas and Health Requirements.
You must consult the relevant Embassy or Consulate for this information. Requirements may change and you should check for up-to-date position in good time before booking/departure. We accept no liability if you are refused entry onto the flight or into any country due to failure on your part to carry the correct passport, visa or other documents required by any airline, authority or country. You must have a passport which is valid for six months after your intended date of return. You must ensure you have correct visa and health entry requirements for all countries visited including countries you may just be transiting through. This includes all stops made by the aircraft even if you do not leave the aircraft or airport.
It is the responsibility of the traveler to check and hold valid travel documents like passport and Visa till the end of the tour. The company will have no responsibility whatsoever in respect of the above matters. It is the responsibility of the Tourist to check and hold valid travel documents like passport and Visa till the end of the tour. In case any travel document like visa is refused, expires or is cancelled by the authorities, the tour participant will have to meet all the contingencies arising there from and to meet all expenses consequential thereto. The Company will have no responsibility whatsoever in respect of the above matters.
6. Other Generally Applicable Terms.
The Company will not be liable to any passenger for refund, compensation or claim for shortage of tour days or for cancellation, postponement or re-routing of any particular scheduled transport service due to any reasons including fog. The rules in respect of cancellation charges or refund will be applicable. The tickets are issued, subject to conditions herein.
You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase/transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your "spam" or "junk" folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact our call center.
Plan Journeys Pvt Ltd has right at any time and for any reason:
- To cancel a tour package/tour component prior to the date of departure and if it does so, its liability shall be limited to refunding all the money paid by the Tourist, towards the tour.
- To amend, alter, vary or withdraw any tour, holiday, excursion or facility, it has advertised or published, or to substitute a hotel of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary. In either case the Plan Journeys Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any damages, additional expenses or consequential loss suffered by the Traveler.
Limitation of Liability
The Company makes no warranty that this site will meet your requirements, the service or this site will be uninterrupted, the results that may be obtained from the use of this site will be accurate or reliable, any information or other material obtained by you through this site will meet your expectations and any errors in this site will be corrected.
We shall not be liable to you for any special, consequential, incidental, and exemplary or punitive damages, or loss of profit or revenues. We are also not liable under any circumstances for damages arising out or related in any way to your inability to access, or your difficulty in accessing, the website. We shall not be liable under any circumstances for damages arising out of or in any way related to products, services and/or information offered or provided by third-party vendors accessed through the website or by any other means. All content and information provided by the Company either through the website or otherwise is provided to you without warranty of any kind either expressed or implied, with regard to the merchantability, technical compatibility or fitness for a particular purpose with regard to any service, products or material provided by or through the website.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, and its officers, employees, agents, and any third party information providers to the Website, from and against all claims, actions, proceedings, expenses, damages and liabilities, which are the result of, or are in any way related to your use of the website.
